I am back! And a quick family update.

Hello all! My last published post was back in January of 2017. At that time my life was busy and something had to go...it was the blog. I just couldn't find the time to write and post. I have had several people ask me if I was going to start up again so here we are. A lot has happened in those almost 2 years so I will do my best to catch you up quickly.

The Family
Molly, our oldest, is now 7 and in 1st grade. I cannot believe how fast she has grown up. Its insane! She is still our fiery redhead with lots of personality. She gets more beautiful each day and she is really enjoying school. She is incredibly artistic and so smart. And still very strong willed.

Ellie, our now middle child, is 3.5 and in preschool 4 days a week. She is goofy and spunky and full of energy! She is also very much a threenager and is giving us a run for our money. Whew. She has turned into an amazing big sister and always keeps us laughing.

Riley is our newest addition. Yes, we had a third child. Another girl! She was born in June, 7.5 weeks early (more on that in another post) and she is absolutely amazing. I am beyond obsessed with her and she is making me want ALL THE BABIES. She is the sweetest, happiest, smiliest baby and we all love her so much.

Chase is great as well. We celebrated our 8th year of marriage and are coming up on 15 years together in a couple weeks. He is an amazing chiropractor and I am so very proud of him. He is also the best girl Dad!

Daily Life
Is crazy. Three kids is no joke. But I am loving it...for the most part. There are always moments where things are just out of control and I am at the end of my rope but there are more than enough amazing moments to carry me through. Watching Molly and Ellie adapt to another sibling and thrive in their big sister roles has been so cool. They are both so in love with her and just can't get enough of her. Juggling work, two different schools, nanny for R, extra-curricular activities and a social life is nuts! But we have found a good rhythm as a family unit and have settled into our party of 5.

Me
The end of 2017 and 2018 was a very challenging time for me. We had a lot of rough patches and some really hard times, by far the hardest of my life. I am still working through some of that but we are in a good place now and very much looking forward to a new and fresh 2019! I will dive more into some of things that took place in future posts because I do think its important to share and part of my story.

So that is a quick catch up for everybody. Looking forward to sharing more and posting again. Happy to be back!
