Training Begins

Day one of 5K training begins today. The RedBud Classic and Memorial Runs are right around the corner and it is time to get back in shape.

I will be running 2 to 3 miles per day, 5 days a week until April 5th.

For those of you that are interested the RedBud Classic is a great weekend event and they have several activities at different levels.



The first run today was good, hopefully it is a sign of what is to come.
